A Letter From Our Founder

When the company was founded in 1988, the main focus was the removal of asbestos containing materials. Today, we are involved in much more. The company has evolved to include: mold remediation, building demolition, chimney/smokestack demolition, demolition of boiler components, and assistance with building inspections for hazardous materials.

Our clients over the years have included schools and universities, businesses, government agencies, and the private sector. Although most of our projects have been in Minnesota, we have traveled as far as Thule, Greenland to complete an asbestos abatement project which included 100 buildings at the US Air Force Base.

We feel the reason we have been so successful is that we provide great service at reasonable prices by using creative ways to get the job done on schedule while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

M.A.A.C., Inc. is fully bonded, licensed, and insured. We are very proud of the fact that we have never had a claim filed against our bonds on any of our projects.
